This role will have two key functions. First is bookkeeping, working under the direction of our Controller.
Your primary role will be handling accounts receivable and payable.
The second role will be helping the office run smoothly from phone communications to the filing.

No experience needed just ambition and a willingness to work hard and learn.

Company has several divisions under one roof and under the same ownership primarily organized under Chattanooga Dock Builders and H&H Property management and Investment.

  • Manage the codification and distribution of revisions to the municipal code
  • Work with the Administrative Office of the United States

  • Assisting in the clerical functions of the Milk Bank Department
  • Provide input that will lead to improvement of the operations of the milk banks and standardize the practice in SOPs
  • Hire for the right candidate

  • Prepare Council chambers for meetings
  • Directing the activities of the Office of City Clerk
  • Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict confidentiality
  • Advance career with a reputable organization
  • Seek additional assignments with little supervision
  • Direct the publication of official notices and advertisements
  • Receive sealed bids for the City Council
  • Closure within the site CMMS in accordance with department SOPs
  • Play an integral part of courtroom team by accurately preparing the official record of the hearing's events
  • Utilize the multiple software modules within the CMMS to access information
  • Respond to routine citizen questions in person and by phone
