Our client located in Southern New Jersey is seeking an Accounting Assistant to join their team on a temporary to hire basis.
The ideal Accounting Assistant is required to have 1-2+ years of recent corporate experience working in either an administrative/office support, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and/or Accounting Clerical position. Strong organizational, written and communication skills are a must. MS Word and Excel proficiency is required as well. Recent college graduates with an Accounting, Finance, Business or related degree are encouraged to apply.
The Accounting Assistant will be responsible for:
- Posting and inputting customer transactions into accounts
- Researching/analyzing information
- Administrative/office support duties
- Customer service
- Data entry
