We are looking to fill both full-time and part-time positions within our AT&T Sales Representative team. The AT&T Sales Representative will bring their outstanding customer service skills to a whole new level. They will also be able to utilize their hospitality expertise by creating a welcoming and memorable environment for all of our customers.

Details of the AT&T Sales Representative Role:

  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, preferences, and desires to tailor solutions and exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and resolve issues, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our products and services while showcasing your passion for hospitality.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience, contributing ideas for process improvements and service innovations.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations and insights.

Key AT&T Sales Representative Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry, such as hotels, resorts, restaurants, or luxury service establishments.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create genuine connections and build rapport.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Empathy and patience to handle customer concerns and resolve issues with tact and professionalism.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.

Please Note: This is an in-office position local to Orlando, Florida. We are looking to fill this position immediately, so we need candidates who are local to the area and are able to start within two weeks.
