We are a leading property manager with a portfolio of more than 30,000 units of high-quality housing. We are now seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in St Croix.

As the Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for helping with the leasing and administrative functions of one of our properties in St Croix. 

Specifically dealing with administrative function relating to financial and resident relations including recertifications, you will send late notices, support rent collection and draft letters, memos, agendas and other correspondence. 

This is a key role that will see you gain experience in all elements of the property sector and will be involved in a wide range of activities to deliver administrative services to properties in St Croix. 

To be considered for this role, you must have: 

- At least five years’ administrative support experience 
- Advanced skills in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint 
- A High School diploma or GED 

Independent and resourceful, as an Administrative Assistant, you will need strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to prioritize co-ordinate and multitask. Good judgement will be key, as will a highly confidential approach and a professional demeanour.
