The Enrollment Specialist answers inbound calls from Medicaid recipients and assists them in enrolling in a health plan and choosing a primary care doctor.

We are seeking candidates with the following desired profile:

  • Reliable attendance
  • Punctuality
  • Positive work attitude
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Positive response to coaching and constructive feedback

Paid Training is 3 weeks. Attendance and punctuality are mandatory. There will be no approved time off during training. Class participation is expected.
