Description:
• Ensure that incoming calls are answered quickly, outgoing calls are at a maximum utilizing the dialer and costumer pay balances are collected and all goals met.
Job Responsibilities:
• Attends work on a regular and predictable basis.
• Represents Client through professional conversation by means of inbound and outbound calls.
• Collect and process payments, payment plans and recurring payments.
• Ability to work effectively both individually and as a team.
• Initiate resolution to patient complaints.
• Collect and process payments, payment plans and recurring payments.
• Advises collections department of required actions for billing.
• Submit all Change of Insurance information.
• Handles mail for the center including responding to requests for information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Education and Experience:
• Associate''s degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school.
• Or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties for this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk to hear. The employee frequently is required to walk and sit. The employee is occasionally required to stand. The employee must occasionally lift and /or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
