An established client of HireStrategy in Washington, DC is seeking a Human Resources Assistant with at least 2-3 years of experience.

Job Description:

  • Processing of all data entry for New Hires and Contract employees (which may
    include additions, changes, and terminations).
  • Setup and assist with maintenance of personnel files.
  • Assist with recruiting of staff positions, which may include posting positions on college and recruiting websites, working with recruiters, setting up interviews, and other assistance as needed.
  •  
  • Qualifications:

    • Must have at least 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
    • Ability to handle multiple priorities with strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
