Sales Support Representative

$55,000 - $60,000/Year

We have been a driving force in the Fresno area for years. Our entry-level Sales Support Representatives and other team members are highly skilled in customer acquisition, business development, and increased brand visibility and customer loyalty. Our mission has always been to set the market standards in personalized consulting, acquire key accounts for our clients, and develop creative and innovative strategies to drive revenue. With these aggressive goals in mind, we are looking for an entry-level Sales Support Representative to join our team!


The best entry-level Sales Support Representatives are extremely confident and are ambitious, driven self-starters. Entry Level Sales Support Representatives are undeniably dedicated to our goals, executing at a high level, and have a passion for people with extraordinary service.



Responsibilities for our next Entry-level Sales Support Representative:

  • Build genuine relationships with new and existing customers to promote brand loyalty
  • Qualify new inquiring customers for our products and services
  • Answer any questions regarding products, services, features, or the sales process through delivery effectively
  • Negotiate contracts and any service renewals, and upsell products when necessary
  • Communicate professionally and courteously when interacting with customers or other entry-level Sales Support Representatives
  • Provide support to other entry-level Sales Support Representatives and upper-level management to ensure a cohesive level of exceptional service
  • Become familiar with the market research of the region to better understand and be an expert for our customers

Qualifications and Relevant Experience for an Entry-level Sales Support Representative:

  • A High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required
  • 1+ years of experience in an entry-level, sales, customer services, or a related field is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Team player with the excitement of working with other entry-level employees and external customers
  • Exceptional and professional communication skills
  • A high drive and ambition to succeed and achieve goals
