Consultative Selling - The process and behaviors for transferring a vendor relationship into a partner relationship and sustaining it. This approach to selling is not based on reaction to customer requests but rather the mutually profitable relationship whereby knowledge of the customers operations is preeminent and customer profit opportunities are identified by the customer management organization.
Develops and leverages KDM advocates at store level and higher-level assignment
Demonstrates strong selling skills by utilizing EDRT selling processes with fact-based selling; effectively using sell sheets, POS Reports, and selling cycle
