                     Work independently 1:1 with the patient without running around on the hospital floor

                     Respiratory system: trach, vent, suctioning (oral, nasal, trach), supplemental oxygen, chest vest, cough assist, chest PT and observe patient for any abnormalities and needed interventions.

                     Nervous system:  seizure precautions, interact with patient and family and provide support

                     GI/GU system: G-tube, NG-tube, GJ-tube, monitor elimination, provide interventions as needed, and document. Male/female catheterization

                     Turning and repositioning, skin care, personal care, incontinent care, ROM exercises, stander

                     communicate with the family, physician, pharmacy, coordinator, and CCM as needed and then document
