Risk Manager Responsibilities:

  • Monitor risk factors and opportunities associated with different investments
  • Analyze tax impacts of multiple strategies
  • Develop alternative finance structures for real estate ventures
  • Review loan, lease, environmental, and engineering reports and documents
  • Prepare reports for executive and investor review
  • Perform research and analysis on new ideas
  • Utilize technology to improve processes
  • Excellent learning experience for someone new in their career
Risk Manager job Requirements: 
  • Bachelor degree from a major institution with a GPA of 3.5+, preferably with a major in finance, accounting, economics, statistics, information systems, or engineering, prefer candidates who do not have a Master’s degree
  • Demonstrated achievement through internships, academic awards, etc.
  • Interest in learning about banking, investing, real estate, tax planning, energy, and aviation
  • Able to adapt and change direction quickly because priorities frequently change
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Excel, VBA, SQL, and MS Query are preferred but not required
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Willing to commit to this position for at least two years
