We are a business and marketing firm that was founded almost a decade ago. We are looking to hire 1 entry-level customer service representative to our team who mirrors our company's motto. A professional who works hard never gives up and always keeps a smile on their face. A successful customer service representative will come with a dedication to personal and professional growth. Our customer service representatives enjoy acting as the face and voice of our client's brands, communicating brand benefits and services to the consumer. And provide best-in-class customer service and sales support.

  • A minimum of 2 years in a customer service or sales role
  • Excellent communication skills and student mentality
  • 1-4 years course studies in either business, marketing, sales, or entrepreneurship

Day to Day Duties:

  • Further knowledge of sales/customer service
  • Assisting in customer retention and customer support
  • Provide excellent customer service while ensuring customer accounts
  • Contact customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer service and customer satisfaction
  • Monitoring customer accounts and sales
  • Assisting customers with all aspects of sales and service
  • Process sales and service orders
  • Training current sales and marketing reps 
  • Progressing from the sales and customer service representative role
