Administrative Assistant for Real Estate Firm
My client, a leading real estate development firm located in Midtown, NYC is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their firm on a temp to perm basis. This role is open because the previous Administrative Assistant received a promotion, as the company encourages upward movement in the firm.
The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
- Calendar management for one C-Level Executive
- Answer and screen phone calls for high level individuals, maintaining high level of professional tone
- Expense reporting and reimbursements
- Prepping/proof-reading reports and other confidential information for accuracy and cleanliness
- Booking travel and logistics for Executive
Experience Preferred for the Administrative Assistant:
- Bachelor’s Degree a must
- Reliable and responsible, eager to learn
- Experience in Financial Services a must
- Experience with Concur a plus
- Strong attention to detail
