The Customer Service Representative Role is based in Chicago

Outcome is currently seeking a hard-working, dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our innovative and passionate team.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative Role:

  • Executing marketing and sales strategies and working with a variety of platforms to showcase our client's products and services.

  • Organize sales reports that help the team find potential deals.

  • Drive top orders and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Participate in daily feedback meetings

  • Timely completion of all administrative duties

  • Guide customers through the onboarding process

  • Assist in the fulfillment of marketing and sales targets

  • Respond timely and accurately to team requests and special projects, both verbal and written.

  • Manage monthly and weekly reporting of sales activities

  • Develop co-marketing relationships with other team members and upper management

  • Take advantage of all training on webinars and seminars

  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2 years experience within the marketing, sales, or communications is preferred however not required.

  • A College degree or some course work strongly preferred.

  • Team player

  • Confident speaker

  • Presentation skills

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Customer service focused.

  • Excellent work ethic
