The Customer Service Representative Role is based in Chicago
Outcome is currently seeking a hard-working, dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our innovative and passionate team.
Primary Duties And Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative Role:
Executing marketing and sales strategies and working with a variety of platforms to showcase our client's products and services.
Organize sales reports that help the team find potential deals.
Drive top orders and ensure customer satisfaction
Participate in daily feedback meetings
Timely completion of all administrative duties
Guide customers through the onboarding process
Assist in the fulfillment of marketing and sales targets
Respond timely and accurately to team requests and special projects, both verbal and written.
Manage monthly and weekly reporting of sales activities
Develop co-marketing relationships with other team members and upper management
Take advantage of all training on webinars and seminars
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
2 years experience within the marketing, sales, or communications is preferred however not required.
A College degree or some course work strongly preferred.
Team player
Confident speaker
Presentation skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Customer service focused.
Excellent work ethic
