Job Description

Administrative Assistant with ADP and SharePoint experience – Glen Mills PA

Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant with a working knowledge of ADP and SharePoint to join their expanding team in Glen Mills PA.

Duties may include but no be limited to the following:

  • Provide administrative support for team of 6 
  • Provide office coverage at reception desk during the core hours of operation
  • Greet clients, vendors, and guests entering organization
  • Receive and route daily mail and overnight packages; prepare outgoing mail and packages
  • Exhibit professional demeanor while answering calls, emails and interacting internally and externally
  • Take pride in the appearance of the office space by maintaining uniformity of common spaces and ensuring supplies are stocked
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills: specifically, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Project and time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Respond to sensitive and confidential information with appropriate discretion and tact.
