Position Objective:

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to work with small teams of high caliber specialist, developing, configuring and delivering high quality financial software solutions across investment management clients.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable in a fast paced environment, able to analyses the problem at hand and create logically consistent and maintainable programs, comfortable working in small development group to produce high quality products, and able to follow tasks through to completion with minimal supervision.

ACA’s software products offers wide variety of functionality for our clients, including Order Management, Portfolio Management, Data Warehouse, Security Master, Pricing Master, Compliance, Regulatory Reporting, and Trade Surveillance capabilities for firms in the financial services industry.

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Perform analysis on business issues, define requirements and propose solutions to solve issues
  • Develop processes for data extraction, cleansing, manipulation, and analysis
  • Work directly with clients to onboard them on to the ACA software products, conduct training sessions, and manage customer feedback
  • Operate in agile environment, communicate and manage internal and external implementation requirements and expectations
  • Provide support for continuous integration, test automation, source code control and review processes
  • Manage software product releases and upgrades
  • Maintain procedural documentation and update as necessary
  • Constantly evaluate process and procedures for inefficiencies, and make recommendations for improvement, and drive them through with stakeholders
