Location- Weldon Springs, MO 63304

Class will begin on Class will begin on 06/03/19
Classroom training: Will be held from 1pm-6pm Beginning 06/03/2019

Shifts:
2pm to 7 pm
3pm to 8 pm
4pm to -9pm


Frequent Saturdays; 3-4 per month
Occasional Sundays; once every 4 weeks, or so

Job Description-
As a CSR you will assist the sales rep we have working in the field that may run into issues they will require your assistance in caring for the customers needs. Some examples of these issues are placing an order, correcting and order, adding promotional products;etc. There is no selling on our end; no up-sales. 100% support for the field.
This is a foot in the door position and will roll into a Full-Time position depending on attendance and performance (approximately 3 months). We only promote within so once employed depending on ambition lots we offer lots of room for growth, also the availability to work up to 40 hrs. Weekly PT until offered FT, however you will be scheduled 25 hours weekly during PT schedule. Once employed FT Rose offers Full benefit package, annual raises (Annual raises also received as a PT employee), and a week vacation after their first year of employment. As part time employees receive 5 personal days every quarter (Every three months) These do not roll over they are use it or lose it because they refresh every quarter. They also receive 3 doctors notes on top of personal days every quarter these also do not roll over and are there in case needed. With all the positives candidates must know there is no PTO (Paid time off). Any day missed is a day without pay.
