Job Requirements

Bilingual Administrative Assistant

Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
Pay Rate: $ 17-19/hr
Location: Phoenix, AZ/Contact Pridestaff-Glendale
Experience: 1-2 years

Administrative Assistant Job Duties include:

  • Use of Microsoft Excel
  • Assist with hiring/onboarding of new employees

-First contact for inbound inquiries from customers. Confers with service personnel regarding customer questions/concerns and Red Alerts. 
-Coordinates and completes customer ordering activities as needed, including rental, disposables, and catalog sales orders utilizing Route Account and the Web Catalog, support the internal sales efforts for the company.
-Coordinates the entry, printing, and/or distribution from the following systems:  Reports that support C3 Account Management and STP programs, A/R Reports, Route Accounting, Cognos, Web Catalog, EDM, Posts local results for service programs and contests, Completes research requests using report data. Prepares contract renewal paperwork and reporting. Prepares, organizes and tracks sampling of products customer  when needed.
Supports end of day route settlement processes backing up the service team when necessary. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence

Administrative Assistant Requirements include:

  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Recent/relevant experience as an Administrative Assistant
  • Able to provide references
  • Willingness to undergo a background check & drug screen
  • Willingness to take skill assessments as needed
