Coordinate with assigned Account Executive to build and maintain client and carrier relationships. Develop and maintain dependable working relationships with carriers and other providers. Coordinate marketing strategies and selection for renewal business. Complete exposure checklist; create and update coverage specifications. Review quotes and prepare proposals, as assigned; arrange renewal presentations; bind coverage with underwriters prior to expiration. Prepare summaries, complete final policy checks, close items to discuss in proposal mailing or direct delivery. Obtain loss runs, MOD worksheets, renewal questionnaires, and write/maintain ACORD applications. Prepare written correspondence, reports, and analyses as needed.
