Job Description:
Seeking a Customer Service/Account Manage 
To handle Wholesale accounts 


Responsibilities: 
Handle all customer service for Wholesale accounts (a 
Selling to Macy's, Nordstroms, and small retailers all over the country 
Service accounts; handle orders placed on line, generate P.O's (tickets) 
Print orders; taken from emails 
Good data entry, Excel and having EDI experience is a plus 
Take and make phone calls 
Reach out to clients to be sure they are happy 
Update website 
Follow-up on shipments - generate FedEx labels 
Certain times of the year they will be handling large B to B Corporate Accounts
