MBA Consulting Services, Inc. (MBA CSi), is a staff augmentation firm specializing in providing the staffing of technical services to the US Postal Service. Established in 1999 as an executive search firm supporting Fortune 500 corporate clients, MBA CSi has expanded its service offerings to federal agencies and major federal contractors. The Junior Software Developer will support the US Postal Service in its Delivery and Mobile Technology organization. A successful candidate must have demonstrated Knowledge C++ or C# Programming Language. The successful candidate will assist in the development and deployment of the USPS Mobile Technology solutions. Essential Functions:

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in area of specialty
- Software Development experience (Software Program Coding) in any computer language that is demonstrated through academic projects and/or work experience
- Hands-On relevant computer system experience demonstrated in an academic and/or work environment
- 3-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- Experience using MS Office Suite software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and specialized software programs
Additional Requirements:
- Candidate must be able to sit, stand and work at a computer for prolonged periods
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Ability to work flexible hours when needed
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check & drug test
