Hale Trailer Brake & Wheel, Inc is a multi-location, full-service trailer dealership with an immediate openings for receptionist / administrative assistants at its Jacksonville, FL branch location.
Responsibilities:
Create a positive customer service experience in person greeting visitors and over the phone at our front desk; as well as providing administrative support in this high profile position.
Responsibilities include:
· Answering and directing phone calls using multi-line switchboard.
· Maintenance of customer, vendor, and product information to support sales effort.
· Maintain calendar, contact information and coordinate details of meetings/conferences for multiple members of upper and sales management.
· Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in this highly visible administrative support role.
· Record keeping, mail processing and composing correspondence.
· Maintain proper levels of required office supplies.
· Ensure maintenance of equipment and phone system.
· Prepare and maintain various documents and reports.
Requirements:
·Must have 2+ years’ experience as a receptionist and administrative assistant.
·Must be able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and multi-task with excellent organizational skills.
·Must have good interpersonal skills; a people person.
·Must be a self-starter who is highly motivated, detail oriented, proactive and flexible.
·Must be committed to a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
·Must present a professional, positive, results oriented, problem solving attitude.
·Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
·Must have good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
·Experience with tag & title work a plus.
·Must pass a standard pre-employment drug test.
