Title: Call Center Representative (CSR) - Chat/Mobile Support
Pay Rate: $16.00/hr W2
Start Date: 10/7/2019 (hard start, no exceptions)
End Date: End of year/into 2020
Location: Brooklyn Park, MN 55445
Schedule: 7:00 am- 3:30 pm, Tuesday - Saturday

- Training Date Start: 10/07/19
- Training hours/Schedule: 7:00 AM- 3:30 PM CST , Monday - Friday
- Production Start: 10/29/2019
- Production Hours/Schedule: 7:00 AM- 3:30 PM CST , Tuesday - Saturday
- MUST be willing to work holidays such as Thanksgiving, Cyber Monday, etc.
- Will NOT accept candidates who have long trips/vacations planned during this time frame.


We are looking for multiple Call Center/Chat Support Representatives to join our team for a seasonal opportunity with one of the largest discount retailers in the United States! These customer service oriented professionals will take online chats from customers inquiring about order inquiries, refunds and replacements, gift card balances for the holiday season. In depth training is included and is paid. If you have previous customer service, call center, or retail experience we would like to talk to you. Must be willing to complete a background check!

Responsibilities at a high level:
• Efficiently and effectively handle incoming online chats and e-mails with high quality and professionalism, while achieving performance standards
• Make decisions and resolve guest concerns in a courteous, helpful manner
• Demonstrate excellent guest service skills, strong work ethic, critical thinking and integrity
• Learn and utilize new technology with the ability to solve problems using all available resources and knowledge
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing business needs
• Demonstrate active listening and accurate documentation of the guest issues in a timely manner

QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent interpersonal, written/verbal communication, negotiation and decision making skills
• Proven problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong work ethic, flexible, able to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced Service Center environment
•Strong PC skills - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience in working in web based applications
