Our Client is seeking an Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative
This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position. Work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
· Answer client calls and assist customers with placing orders, tracking and informing clients as needed.
· Enter information into the database and process the required documents according to established office policies, standard operating procedures and guidelines
· Perform routine reception desk duties including answer and direct incoming calls, welcome visitors and determine the nature of their business and announce to the appropriate in-office personnel
· Must have high level of attention to detail and quality control mindset
· Exhibit regular attendance, dependability and promptness
· Establish and maintain effective working relationships
· Exhibit dependable, team player attitude
