Our school serves families with children from ages six weeks of age through private Kindergarten, including an after school program and summer camp. Our after school program is for children up to 12 years of age.

We are currently seeking qualified and experienced Preschool, Kindergarten, Infant and Early Preschool teachers.

We are looking for Fun, Energetic, Detail oriented Experienced Teachers with experience and degree in early childhood or related field for our school.

Teacher Job Description

Performs administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, filing, and faxing.

Extensive software skills are required, as well as Internet research abilities and strong communication skills.

Performs a variety of Internet research functions and uses word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software. May assist with overflow work from administration

Conducts school tours, after training.

Coordinates with the Director on ordering and purchasing of supplies and equipment.

Presents a professional appearance and example to staff.

Performance is considered satisfactory when the administrative assistant performs assigned jobs with few errors and minimal supervision and there are minimal reasonable complaints from staff and parents.

All records and reports assigned are kept accurately and submitted to the proper persons and places on time

Primrose Schools dress code is followed at all times.

Adheres to all company policies

Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record keeping systems, and personnel requirements.

Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.

Provides information by answering questions and requests.

Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.

Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects; expediting work results.

Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Follows directions and completes all work required for proper functionality of the school.

Upon Employment:

♦ Must meet all Primrose Schools and local, state or national basic health requirements as well as other requirements.

♦ First Aid training, as required.

♦ Must complete all necessary company employment and payroll forms.

♦ In states where required, personnel will have a fingerprinting and/or criminal

investigation report completed.
