What does it take to handle customer questions and concerns? Courtesy, professionalism, and product knowledge. The goal? Help external customers and provide them with solutions. We’ll get you started by providing on-the-job training and resources. On our team, you’ll be an important part of shaping our customer experience and driving sales – from setting up new accounts to answering in-person questions and actively listening for opportunities to expand, up-sell, and deliver great services.

Responsibilities: 

  • Serves customers directly by helping them select products.

  • Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.

  • Documents sales by creating or updating customer account records.

  • Manages confidential financial transactions.

  • Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and customer complaints.
