To continue working towards our expansion goals and servicing our clients, we are looking for an individual who is eager to develop their skills in management and begin leading our organization in the industry of marketing. 

Job Description

  • Lead from the front through ongoing training to ensure knowledge is up-to-date with the newest strategies

  • Train, mentor and develop fellow team members

  • Measure effectiveness of leadership strategies through performance metrics

  • Optimize processes through implemented strategies with other cross-functional departments

  • Oversee marketing department and ensure team is being developed as a unit

  • Shadow upper-level managers to increase knowledge and efficiency of position

  • Manage results through a database and immediately resolve issues as needed

  • Coordinate staff meetings, conferences and promotion ceremonies

Since our Customer Success Assistant is an Entry-Level position, no direct experience is required. However, individuals must have a coachable student mentality and eagerness to lead others. Candidates with the following backgrounds are encouraged to apply: Customer service, PR, management, client relations, hospitality or retail management

Requirements

  • Innate problem-solving skills

  • Prior customer service or management experience is preferred, but not required

  • Full-time availability

  • Must be 18 or over, and have the ability to commute to Austin, TX
