Job Title: Customer Support Lead / Manager
Location: Houston, TX 77010
Duration: 12 Months
- 2-3 years Call Center Leadership Experience (team lead/escalated call support)
- Intermediate understanding of the deregulated retail electric energy markets
- Coordinated and facilitated call calibration sessions for call center and/or operations staff.
- Provided feedback to call center team leaders and managers.
- Analyzed internal and external quality reports for management review
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
