We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team! Seeking a candidate familiar with the repair and manufacture of ydhraulic and pneumatic components including pumps, motors, valves, and cylinders.
Generates revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders; understanding and interpreting technical requirements; providing technical information; developing accounts.
Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations; preparing quotations.
Develops account sales activity and loyalty by checking client's buying history; suggesting related and new items; explaining technical features.
Fills requests by transferring orders to materials management; communicating product availability and expected delivery date; ensuring that a positive client experience is fully provided.
Resolves client challenges and concerns with a professionalism and commitment to client retention and loyalty.
Investigates problems, develop solutions and make recommendations to management.
Provides partnership support to outside sales representatives.
Maintains and improves quality results by following standards; recommending improved policies and procedures.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
5+ years of experience in inside sales or technical support roles.
Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic components
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Superior negotiation, written and verbal communication skills
Desired Knowledge and Skills:
More than five (5) years of experience in the fluid or wind power markets.
Knowledge and experience with Salesforce, Infusionsoft or other similar CRM software.
