Customer Service Specialist

The Customer Service Specialist (CSS) conducts the initial outreach to referred individuals to introduce our company and explain our representation services.  The CSS prepares individuals for benefit interviews, explains the integration of various benefits, sends representation paperwork and conducts follow-ups to ensure the receipt of forms.  The CSS identifies the proper placement for each referral and schedules interviews for individuals with appropriate personnel.  The CSS provides routine status updates to our client companies.  The CSS provides a positive image of the company and displays its customer service objectives in all dealings with individuals, client companies and other outside parties.  This position requires the ability to handle a high call volume. The majority of duties associated with the position involve telephone communications with referred individuals.

Associates Degree.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Ability to learn complex concepts.

Excellent Customer Service Skills.

Ability to handle significant call volumes.

Calm, professional and friendly demeanor.

Computer and data entry proficiency (Microsoft Windows and Office work environment).

Ability to work in a team atmosphere.
