Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Accountability for portfolio governance and process efficiency
  • Overall portfolio oversight and “VOICE OF BUSINESS” in partnership with Portfolio Managers across RTB (P3 and CIP) and PPL projects
  • Facilitate establishing annual AOP project prioritization
  • Facilitate initial, preliminary, and final gate assessment processes for BPM level projects, including any exceptions to the process
  • Facilitation of project retrospectives
  • Manage aspects of demand evaluation and prioritization (preliminary and final assessments) and supporting processes
  • Review, analyze and track demand over time based on type, source, priority etc., Analyze and report changes, exceptions for review and approvals in partnership with IT Portfolio Manager
  • Partner with Portfolio Managers to understand resource capacity, allocations and availability by BSA and other roles. Partner with Resource Managers to drive business capacity analytics

§ Provide visibility of entire demand, KPIs and Metrics, and consolidated reporting

§ Establish Standardized Processes across BUIT for demand capture and management

§ Establish Consistent Estimation and Prioritization Processes

§ Capture Demand Data and Standardize KPIs to enable reporting across BUIT

  • Strong IT PM skills

§ Ownership and empowerment

§ Visibility on cross-BU project requests and dependencies

§ Demand and capacity constraints

§ Project prioritization and assessment

§ Project commitment and execution

§ Decision framework, project governance and KPIs

§ RTB vs. PPL process and teams

§ Demand intake and resourcing tool

§ Project time reporting

  • Building supporting processes for project portfolio sequencing, project portfolio issue management, project portfolio risk management and project portfolio change management
  • Run periodic portfolio reports and host portfolio review meetings
  • Set for the portfolio/asset
  • Perform portfolio style analysis, portfolio risk decomposition and exposure management
  • Work with existing portfolio clients
  • Improving the portfolio management framework
  • Ensuring projects within the portfolio
  • Manage the portfolio or projects
  • Perform portfolio design, construction/optimization and portfolio rebalancing/transitions
  • Evaluating and managing portfolio credit quality
  • Developing and maintaining project portfolio
  • Maintaining portfolio level activity in AIP
  • Ensure portfolio and product alignment
  • Provide analysis of current portfolio performance
  • Create schedules for portfolio objectives
  • Maintain existing portfolio of grants
  • Ensure consistency with portfolio growth strategy
  • Obtain approval regarding portfolio decisions to authorize the execution of the portfolio
  • Communicate portfolio and brand objectives
  • Set strategic direction for portfolio governance
