Frontline561 have recently opened a NEW BRANCH with forward-thinking and ambitious individuals in the heart of Miami, Florida. Eager to bounce back from the pandemic, we are currently looking for 4 Customer Service Representatives that are available for an immediate start.

Position : Full-time, Part-time Available

Our Team of Customer Service Representatives:
Our primary goal is to build our team with top talent from the Miami region to provide the best possible customer service/customer experience for our clients. Your role will have a variety of general duties on a day to day basis, ensuring that no two days will ever be the same. These duties include, but are not limited to:
Providing information to customers about our clients’ products and services
Attracting and maintaining a customer’s attention during sales presentations
Completing sales transactions and processing new customer orders
Working independently while contributing to team goals
Performing product demonstrations and using examples of other customers
Documenting and updating customer information
Using your customer service and sales skills to increase brand awareness
Attend training sessions and meetings where necessary

Customer Service Representative Requirements:
Previous customer service experience is desirable, but not essential
The ability to thrive working in a fast-paced, electric environment
Confident, outgoing & approachable demeanor
Capable of working under pressure & able to meet deadlines
Open to flexible working patterns, and able to work at least 3 full days per week between Monday - Saturday
Able to commute to Miami, FL
Candidates need to be over the age of 18 and legally authorized to work in the USA
