Pay Rate: $22 - $24.00 / hr W2

Location : Moline, IL; On-site

Shift: 1st shift; Hybrid schedule: 3 days in the office (at least)/ 2 days remote


Overview: The CRS Group is currently looking for an HR Generalist in the Moline, IL area with one of our clients. The CRS Group is a nationwide Staffing Firm that works primarily with Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 corporations.

Supports participants in the Engineering Development Program (EDP) by:

  • Requesting and extending offers to EDP participants
  • Conducting 1-on-1's with program participants to get feedback
  • Assist with program rotation planning
    • Providing data and metrics to support the team that develops the program schedule for each participant
  • Execute offboarding activities for the transition from Program to Business (exit interviews, surveys, etc.)
  • Fulfilling data requests related to the Talent Acquisition team

MAJOR DUTIES:


  • Assists and supports managers and employees in resolving HR issues
  • Supports HR processes/procedures in areas such as employee relations, compensation and benefits, staffing/employee development, training/development, safety/health, legal compliance, and employee communication
  • Participates in staffing and workforce planning activities
    • Establishing job requirements
    • Candidate selection
    • Interviewing candidates for various levels of responsibility
  • Counsels and advises management on the interpretation of HR and company policies and procedures.
  • Collects and analyzes information/data to make appropriate decisions
  • Conducts/coordinates delivery of training courses
  • Participates in and/or leads projects to achieve HR strategic and tactical goals

Skills:


  • High proficiency with MS Excel
  • Working knowledge of SharePoint
  • Highly organized, and have the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Must be able to work in a team environment
  •  3-4 years of Human Resources experience (there are no certifications required)
  • Bachelor's Degree required
