Sales opportunity providing BENEFITS plus BASE SALARY plus UNCAPPED COMMISSION! Ability to earn $40,000-$100,000+ your first year! Quantum Assurance International is an independent insurance agency specializing in high quality insurance solutions for families. We represent some of the most competitive insurance policies available through companies like Progressive, Safeco, Nationwide, and more. We have experienced rapid growth and our Houston, Texas location seeks insurance sales representatives who are competitive and driven to succeed.

No insurance experience required! We provide best in class training and the resources you need to succeed as a top insurance sales agent with our team, including a generous base salary and warm leads. This is an inside sales position and we work in a team environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES: At Quantum we believe our clients deserve our best every day. We use cutting edge marketing and sales strategies to bring a modern edge to the insurance world. Together we will continue to challenge the status quo and accomplish great things as we protect families across the country.

 Close sales by contacting warm leads and conducting professional insurance consultations over the phone from our Houston, TX office

 Meet and exceed your sales goals by maximizing the resources we provide including our lead management system, rating system, customized education platform, and more

 Partner closely with your Sales Manager and colleagues to ensure sales goals are met and clients are protected

 Ensure clients are set up for long term success by cross selling additional insurance policies, upselling correct coverage levels, and resolving coverage gaps

 Represent our insurance carriers well by selling high quality business and following agency compliance guidelines

REQUIREMENTS: Growth and success is based on your mindset. If you have a winning attitude and love to change and grow, the sky is the limit! Our Quantum team is highly energetic, positive, and competitive. We can teach you how to sell insurance but your success is up to you!

  Valid General Lines Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license (or willingness to obtain insurance license)

  Willing to work in Houston, Texas

  Strong sales background in previous roles

  Insurance sales experience with industry leaders such as Geico, State Farm, Liberty Mutual, etc preferred

  Highly effective communication skills both verbal and written

  Comfortable with computers

  High level of motivation and desire to be #1
