Digital Media Agency firm seeking Administrative Assistant-

$22/hr- $55K- $60K DOE
Midtown, Manhattan

A top tier media firm location in Midtown, Manhattan has an exciting temp to perm position in need to be filled by a hard working, collaborative and detail oriented individual. This candidate will be providing support to the Senior Vice President of Creative. A polished professional demeaner, with a “can do” attitude, and the ability to keep calm under pressure are musts.

Responsibilities include:

·  Calendar management; travel and meeting coordination

·  Act as initial point of contact with prospects via outbound calling and emailing to prospective brands and agencies

·   Assist with various creative pitches and other special projects as directed

·   Assist in business presentations, pitches (which can include the development of PowerPoint presentations) and the coordination and preparation of meetings as needed

·   Meeting of guests and help with general inquiries


· 2-5 years of related work experience

·  Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills

·  Bachelors degree is preferred but not required

·  Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

·   Ability to keep information highly confidential
