A Managed Service Provider established in 2000 is currently looking for a tech that has experience with customer facing support. They need to be able to clearly communicate both verbally and written with the end customer and with internal staff and management. Ideally, the candidate would have 2 to 5 years of experience in IT help desk support both remotely and on-site.
Major skills needed would be:
Knowledge of networking for small businesses. Firewall setup and configuration, VLAN setup on switches.
Server knowledge - Active Directory management, permissions management, understanding of group policy
PC setup - installation of PC into domain, data copy, network printer setup, network application setup
Someone that we can go to a client site to setup new PCs, troubleshoot network issues, setup network devices (wireless access points, printers, switches, firewalls) and have good time management and communication skills.
