Assembly Production Line Worker
Responsibilities of the Assembler:
Complete a Visual quality check of product
Complete visual checks of each part produced to ensure it meets part specifications
Apply Stickers to appropriate bottles
Notify material handler in a timely fashion, to make sure all station are stocked
Keeps work area organized and clean
Reports count of and disposes of all production scrap into the appropriate scrap bin at the end of each shift
Reports and discrepancies to supervisor
Requirements of the Assembler:
Attention to detail
Ability to handle physical workload
Ability to thrive in fast paced environment
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, bend and squat
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

- Prepped and staged in appropriate order
- Setting up and operating a winder and the building of reels
- Clean and perform first line maintenance on machines and production equipment
- Inspect products for defects and conformance with quality standards
- Work from established procedures, schedules, job instructions and specifications required to efficiently monitor 10 to 12 coating strands at one time, referring unusual cases to Shift Supervisor
- Maintain safety and quality in production area
- Keep track of sales orders
- Notify supervisor of any mechanical or material issues
- Moving material within the facility and sorting material into carts
- Lift raw materials, finished products and packed items, manually or using hoists
- Monitor and adjust production processes or equipment for quality and productivity
- Stand throughout shift, along with bending, twisting and lifting up to 40lbs
- Operate coating line equipment by manipulating controls and operating control-panels to transport and transferring of bars, speed and size of rods, powder supply, static voltage
- Ensuring the customer's needs and expectations are met
- Used in the fulfillment process
- Preparing production equipment for operation by making equipment setup adjustments; assisting with equipment changeovers
- Prioritize jobs through work cells & outside operations to best meet On Time Delivery to Customers
- Provide customers with international staffing support and employees with diverse assignments around the world
- Wear protective suit, safety toe boots, eye protection, gloves and other personal protective equipment
- Removing machine attachments and waste material from machines
