Peak Recruiter is partnering with this client hospital to locate a talented Director of Nursing for their Maternity Services. Serving as the Director for Labor and Delivery for this dynamic and high volume program you would be supported by two nurse managers!
Our client works within a shared governance model and this role is responsible for comprehensive function and outcomes of the clinical areas of oversight. An opportunity to work to improve the department, metrics, financials, as well as work outside of the hospital in the community developing and expanding relationships.

BSN required, Masters in Nursing or related field preferred.
Five Years clinical experience in MATCH services and three years of management experience.
Ability to obtain a Maryland Nursing license.
American Heart Association Healthcare Provider required
NRP required, or to be gained with in one year of employment.
