Our manufacturing client has openings for CUSTOMER SERVICE/SUPPORT for their office located in Dearborn.
Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm

DUTIES:
- Handling inbound calls from commercial clients
- Quoting rates
- Handling billing inquiries
- Entry of orders
- Tracking orders
- Providing product information'
REQUIREMENTS
- 2-5 years customer service experience, billing experience
- Call Center experience a plus
- SAP and.or Salesforce a plus
- MS Office proficient
