Spyglass Equities Company is looking for an Executive Assistant that will be responsible for assisting and supporting its managing partners and portfolio companies with duties including accounting, bookkeeping, investor relations and administrative support.

Bachelor’s degree or Relevant Executive Assistant Experience
3+ years in Bookkeeping, Investor Relations, Executive Assistance or Office Management
Quick Books Expertise
Detail-oriented nature, customer service and communication skills, organization skills, computer skills.
Highly proficient in MS Office Suite and Quickbooks.
We are looking for someone who has a proven record in executive level support and can handle a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Must be willing to perform a wide variety of tasks.
The successful candidate will be an organized, self-starter with a minimum of 5+ years of related experience supporting an executive in a fast-paced business. The individual must demonstrate the ability to work with confidential information and exhibit a high degree of trustworthiness. The position requires an individual that is resourceful and can work autonomously, take initiative and demonstrate excellent follow through.
Candidate must be a team player, exhibit strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage complex assignments. Candidate must be comfortable with multi-tasking and prioritization in a fast-paced environment with close attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness.
Monthly reconciliations of portfolio companies
Maintain contact lists
3 plus years in finance / accounting support
Produce and distribute memos, letters, and faxes
Keep abreast of industry related news and distribute
Handle multiple projects
Communicate with investor base and partners
Assist in event planning and office management
Provide analytical support for projects / initiatives
