My client is looking for a Marketing and Product Specialist with 2-3 years of experience who is willing to grow with the company.  This position will help develop existing sales channels, new opportunities and scale any marketing activities.


The annual salary is $40,000 plus an Employee Incentive Plan that allows for up to 15% of base salary which is evaluated based on company and individual performance.


Marketing and Product Specialist responsibilities:

  • Assist marketing managers in managing integrated marketing campaigns across offline and online tactics
  • Provide recommendations for future strategic initiatives through competitive and financial analysis
  • Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends
  • Translate complex data and analytical models into insights that can be used to develop marketing strategies
  • Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
  • Monitor, report and analyze results to improve performance, using tools such as Google analytics
  • Trade shows organization and design, PR and media planning
  • Develop and update product guide, sales sheets, presentations and promo materials
  • Analyze market and competitors, develop product matrix and build successful marketing program
  • Manage the CRM and our keep mailing databases fresh and updated
  • Support marketing team on the creation of Webinars and Tutorial
  • Website content management and manage project related to SEO and SEM
  • Develop internal quarterly newsletter and plan monthly newsletter to customers
  • Manage and run our company social media activities
  • Develop a digital library for customers
  • Keep relevant and up to date on projects with parent company on product road-map and roll-out
  • Develop concepts for new products and services that can help the company achieve financial goals

Marketing and Product Specialist requirements and qualifications

  • Previous working experience in the Marketing field for at least 2 years
  • BA in business, marketing or similar relevant field
  • In depth knowledge of traditional and digital marketing and market research methods
  • Applicable knowledge in marketing data analytics and tools
  • Hands on experience with marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
