$20.00 - $23.00/Hour

PrideStaff South Bay has a client who specializes in the manufacturing of architectural products in the Torrance, CA who has an immediate opening for an Accounts Payable position.  This is a part-time temporary-to-hire position and will convert to full-time. 

Environment:  In-Office- Monday-Friday 9:00 am-1:00 pm

Compensation:  $20.00-$23.00/hr DOE

Location:  Torrance, CA

Reports to: Accounts Payable Manager

What will you do?

·         Monitor invoices received via email and mail

·         Review all invoices for accuracy

·         Process and record transactions

·         Respond to vendor inquiries

·         File documents

·         Input Data and record transactions into the system

·         Assist with payment processing

·         Other duties as necessary

What are the job requirements? 

  • 2-3 years Accounts Payable experience
  • AA degree, Bachelor Degree preferred
  • MS office proficient- Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Quickbooks experience a PLUS
  • Ability to learn new system(s)
  • Must have meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to analyze data and information
