Retail Customer Service Responsibilities:
Greets both customers and coworkers, supports in a polite, pleasant manner and does their best to always successfully answer customer queries and demands.
Regularly uses the 5-step method when engaging with customers: Welcomes and Engages Consumer, Requests need, Describes product benefit, resolves customer need, and Thanks Customer
Able to understand and respond to current technologies to address consumer needs
Provides the best customer service with successful problem-solving
Requests
Ensure that all cash management operations are carried out in compliance with the protocol and practice
Full transactions correctly and effectively when involving clients
Adaptable and able to cross-train and work in other departments if needed
Retail Customer Service Qualifications
Capacity to collect 50 pounds on an occasional to regular basis
Ability to perform up to 100 percent of working time standing or walking around the departments.
Compliance to Level Up rules and practices
Daily involvement
Efficient oral and written contact skills
Simple arithmetic and literacy skills, readable handwriting and attention to detail.
Capacity to function as member of a collective and to communicate successfully with others
Preferred Experience
Prior retail, restaurant, fast food, or hospitality experience
Consistent with the use of technology and POS systems when executing necessary tasks
