Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Perform tasks with supervision. 
  • Data entry off of standardized source documents. 
  • Proof and check work for accuracy. 
  • Correct mistakes. 5,000 keystrokes/hour. 
  • Perform tasks with supervision. 
  • Working knowledge of data entry devices such as numeric keypad, and computer keyboard. 
  • Familiarity with computers and/or an automated input environment.
  • 100% onsite in Dover NH. 
  • This position is very clerical in nature. 
  • Heavy data entry, mail sorting and filing. 
  • Does not need customer service background.

Job Requirements

  • Under limited supervision, and utilizing manual or computerized office systems, responsible for producing the moderately complex transactions for personal lines automobile and home owners insurance policies. 
  • Provides excellent customer service by processing policy maintenance transactions utilizing a combination of automated and semi-automated processes.
  • Position will be on a Special Projects and Underwriting team. 
  • Office environment with a strong team of individual contributors working to complete underwriting projects. 
  • Training and support provided to individuals looking for an opportunity to grow and learn about the insurance industry.
  • Hours 8 am- 4 PM- but there is some flexibility if needed
  • Overall, need a candidate with solid Office Administrative skills.
