Key Responsibilities Of This Role • Providing friendly, courteous and prompt service • Processing orders and quotes • Assisting with order fulfillment • Following up on orders and quotes with customers, vendors and internal teams • Supporting the sales team with customer requests, sales trip preparation and follow up • Researching products and sources • Communicating effectively, accurately and positively both verbally and in writing • Assisting with answering the main telephone line, directing calls appropriately • Mailing, shipping, e-mailing and faxing information and marketing materials • Updating customer information in internal databases • Proactively improving knowledge of products, processes and solutions with continuous training and education
