Finance Manager
Salary: $52,000/year

The Finance Manager provides general accounting support to CSC’s business lines including preschool and early learning related programming in accordance with CSC’s mission, vision and values and in accordance with all funding regulations and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Position’s responsibilities include monthly grant service invoicing, managing the finances of the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) for preschool programs. The Finance Manager will provide support in the accounts payable process and workflow. The Finance Manager reports directly to the Assistant Director of Finance-ELRC.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Reviews accounts payable on a weekly basis and insures all coding is correct and all invoices are paid timely.
  • Responsible for vendor maintenance including issuance of 1099 forms on an annual basis.
  • Processes reports and completes monthly accounts receivable invoices.
  • Budget, analysis and reporting for the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP).
Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business, or related and relevant experience
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ work experience in accounting, not-for-profit, preferred
  • Accounts payable experience required.  Accounts receivable experience preferred
  • Experience with budgeting a plus
  • Ability to utilize computer technology for job tasks, experience with Microsoft Office and experience with accounting software required
  • Possess strong analytical and problem solving abilities
