Job Description

Green Key Resources in Rockville, MD is seeking am Office Administrator for a temp to hire role in Rockville, MD. This position is the face of the organization and will be providing administrative support with a variety of clerical duties as well as assisting with event coordination. The main responsibilities for this role include the following:

  • Answering phones and directing calls
  • Greeting and directing incoming visitors
  • Preparing mail
  • Ordering and monitoring office supplies
  • Maintaining office equipment
  • Scheduling and organizing meetings and conference rooms
  • Place work orders with property management company
  • Coordinate events with internal departments
  • Distribute event itineraries
  • Assist with conducting pre and post event meetings

Job Requirements

  • BA/BS preferred
  • 3 years of relevant office experience or facilities work experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • Effective problem solver
  • Proficient in MS Office
