Responsibilities :

Job Summary:


  • We are looking for a Director of Business Development that is Independent, self-driven and result oriented, who’s responsibilities include Formulation & Implementation of Business Sales/Marketing Strategy, devising Client Penetration Strategy, Building Client Relationships and Increasing Client Engagements in IT Staffing and project space. The Director will become a leader in strategic vision and implementation of client acquisition and growth plan. Successful directors help to identify missteps/inefficiencies in the sales and marketing areas to optimize and improve output and value from our resources. Successful Directors must not be afraid to get down in the trenches and should lead by showing and doing. 
  • The Director is responsible for working closely with key stakeholders, partners, and the Business Development team ensuring the successful definition and execution of our client strategies. The Director is also responsible for actively participating in our learning culture; including coaching and mentoring staff, stakeholders and peers. The Director should be comfortable in a fast-paced start-up-esq environment. This is a growth-oriented position.
