Position Available: Inside Sales Representative
The Inside Sales Representative will focus on new customer acquisition as well as add on services for existing clients. This position involves cold calling existing and orphaned leads and opportunities already logged in the CRM as defined by management. Provide prospective customers /clients with all services offered, and additional presentations as needed. Work with client to create solutions for their needs and consult through the sales process. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue.
Managing a sales pipeline to achieve the performance goals as defined by management.
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly Base Line Sales Target
Clearly identify and execute the Inside Sales 5 Step Sales Approach
Research exisiting and orphaned leads and oporrtunities for follow up and reintrouction to the sales process
Qualify or re-qualify the lead and opporunitty
Action new leads as defined by the VP of Sales
Set appointments with the proper decision makers via phoe or preferable Google hangout when available
Present information about all of SOLitude’s products and services
Update lead / opportunity contact details in the CRM accurately and constently
Follow pricing guidelines according to SOLitude policy
Complete miscellaneous administrative functions
Log all sales related activity properly in the CRM
Proper use of telephony systems to record call and appointment activities
Complete appropriate agreements with customer and acquire necessary signatures
Follow up with Regional Administrators regarding issues that prevent installation (credit check, missing information, etc.)
MEASURES OF SUCCESS
Place a minimum of 25 new calls per day*
Run a minimum of 5 phone appointments per week
Close a minimum of $25,000 in contract revenue per month
Maintain an opportunity close rate of atleast 33%
Maintain a lead to opporunity conversion rate of atleast 15%
*25 new lead or opporunity records should have first attempt calls made each day along with additional follow up calls, second attempt calls, phone meetings and google hangout sessions with prospect accounts.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
A minimum High School Diploma or G.E.D.
A minimum of 2 years' related experience preferred
