Call Center / Device Technical Support Representative

$17.00 - $19.00 / hour

Responsibilities:

  • In a call center environment, assist Financial Institutions and Retailers with technical support of their devices.
  • Communicate via phone and email.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and technical support of devices.
  • Write up tickets and dispatch Technicians.
  • Think outside of the box for problem resolutions and understand no call is going to be the same.

Schedule:

  • The call center is open Monday through Sunday, 6:00am to 9:00pm.
  • This is a 40 hour per week position, and will need to be available to work any days and hours the call center is open.

This is a temporary to hire opportunity.

Qualifications:

  • Three years of recent experience, working in a call center, communicating via the phone and email.
  • Technical support experience is preferred.
  • Strong critical thinking skills; have the ability to resolve problems not following a script with information.
  • Strong Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Ability to work any days and hours the call center is open.
